If you wish to change your registered office address, we can complete the documentation for you. A registered office address is simply the official address of your company. This must be a physical Irish postal address in Ireland to which mail can be delivered but is not necessarily the same as your business address or head office address.

It’s a legal requirement under Irish company law for all companies incorporated in Ireland to have a registered office address. This address is then used by the Revenue Commissioners and CRO to send legal notices and statutory company mail. It can also be used by any other individual, business or professional body who wishes to get in touch. Your registered office address must be in Ireland – even if you operate overseas.
