Move your company's registered office address.
Every Irish company must have a registered office in Ireland, even if it trades abroad. It must be a physical address where post can be delivered, not a PO box, and it can be different from where the company does business.
The CRO and Revenue send statutory correspondence and legal notices to the registered office, and it appears on the public register.
To change it, the directors pass a resolution and the company files Form B2 with the CRO. The change takes effect once the CRO registers the form.
What's included
- Directors' resolution approving the new address
- Preparation and filing of Form B2
