Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) Filing

€99.00

File your company's beneficial owners with the RBO.

Irish companies must record the individuals who ultimately own or control them (their beneficial owners) on the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO). A newly incorporated company has five months from incorporation to file.

Most Irish banks also ask for proof of RBO filing before they will open a business account, so it is best to file as soon as the company is incorporated.

Failing to file is a breach of statutory duty and can lead to penalties or enforcement action.

What's included

  • Identifying who must be registered as a beneficial owner
  • Preparing and submitting the filing on the RBO portal
  • Confirmation of filing for your records and your bank
